Delivery Time: We strive to ensure timely delivery for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors such as weather conditions or public holidays.

Shipping Charges: Our shipping charges are designed to be both fair and transparent:

  • For orders ₹500 and below: A shipping fee of ₹80 will be applied.

  • For orders above ₹500: Enjoy a reduced shipping fee of ₹65.

Delivery Timeframe: From the moment your order is dispatched, it generally takes 3 to 5 days to reach any location within India. This timeframe is indicative and can vary depending on factors such as location, order volume, and logistics.

Order Tracking: After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email, SMS or Whatsapp with the following details:

  • Courier Name: The name of the courier service handling your shipment.

  • Tracking Number: A unique number to track your order.

  • Tracking URL: A link to track your shipment’s progress online.

Additionally, you can track your order through our website at any time using the Track My Order page with tracking number sent to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

TEA & ME (Pure Teas) offers a same day return guarantee for all such items.
defective, damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given on the website www.teame.in


We will also not be able to accept the return if product Is used/worn or altered
Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

Is returned without original packaging
Product is tampered.


If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within same day of receiving the order.

Returns are easy. We follow the same day return policy. Contact Us on the same day to initiate a return. We will facilitate the pick-up of the item. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability It takes between 1 to 2 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
